Overview At Jack’s Mind, we offer different types of products, each with specific return policies. Please read the policy that applies to your purchase carefully.

Apparel Returns (T-shirts, Hoodies, etc.) Returns Period:

  • You have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return
  • Items must be unworn/unused with original packaging and tags
  • Items should be in resalable condition

Return Process for Apparel:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@jacksmind.com to request a return
  2. You’ll receive a return authorisation and shipping instructions
  3. Return the item to the provided address
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund

Fine Art Print Returns Returns Period:

  • You have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return
  • Prints must be in original packaging and undamaged
  • Custom-sized prints are non-returnable

Return Process for Fine Art Prints:

  2. Include clear photographs of the print and packaging
  3. Await shipping instructions before returning
  4. Package prints flat and protected for return shipping

Refund Information (All Products)

  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 working days after receiving the return
  • We’ll notify you via email when your refund has been processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items For Apparel:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Include photographs of the damage/issue
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund

For Fine Art Prints:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Include detailed photographs of any damage
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement print to be produced

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom-sized fine art prints
  • Items damaged due to improper return packaging

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Returns from outside the UK may take longer to process
  • International print returns require special arrangements

Environmental Commitment Apparel:

  • Unwanted t-shirts can be returned through our Remill programme
  • Returned items in good condition may be responsibly repurposed

Fine Art Prints:

  • We use sustainable packaging materials
  • Damaged prints are recycled responsibly
  • We work with environmentally conscious print partners

Quality Guarantee All our products undergo quality checks before dispatch:

  • Apparel is checked for print quality and fabric integrity
  • Fine art prints are inspected for colour accuracy and print quality
  • Each item is carefully packaged to prevent shipping damage
